DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I have ordered shoes from Madison New York online flash sale. They confirmed my online order and I have made the payment. To date when I have followed up on my order after receiving the tracking number they confirmed that they ran out of stock. How is this even possible after they have confirmed the order, received my payment and sent me a tracking number confirming my order. Now they want to offer me online credit. I'm not interested in this pathetic service as I have sent 2 queries after their so called apology and to date have not even received any additional feedback on they will resolve this matter. I don't want your online credit I want the shoes I ordered.
