Madison shoes brand no longer quality

I bought Madison shoes at Edgars Melrose May 2017.I was walking to the office and suddenly I felt myself losing balance and I looked at the heels and they were both still intact.The imbalance movement continued and as i thouroughly looked at them they were broken from inside of the heels.We spend so much money on "quality brands" but we dnt get value for money.I am extremely unhappy.
