If I could give them no star I would. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from them, 2 of which were so uncomfortable they actually hurt. I then tried to log a return and after some back and forth and “negotiating” I was advised that a courier company would be collecting my order. To date (1 month later) I am yet to receive any feedback regarding the collection and I have been following up with them on a weekly basis with no feedback anymore . They just ghosted me. I have never encountered such pathetic service from a brand in my life and I would never recommend them to anyone. This isn’t a brand this is disgusting to say the least! It’s ****************! After reading some of the past reviews I am even more disgusted as they’ve had years to improve their brand and service but no action from their side. I will never buy from them again.
