CANT GET AN EXCHANGE ON A NEW SHOE

HI,

bought a shoe from madison last month and when i tried wearing the shoe it was too tight and i decided to contact them for an exchange of that shoe even if it meant taking another shoe and made it clear am even willing to pay more if need be, i was just treated like no one cared and they only rep**** with sorry we cant help in this case.
