Empty promises and no communication

Madinga architects took my money (R14000) in May 2019 - now he does not take my calls and break every promise he make on whatsapp. I have proof of all of this. Communication is a 1 way street or should I say DEAD END.

At least 6 x they promised to come and see me NEVER to arrive AND NEVER to notify why. We had to call them all the time. With this They show, they don't have respect for their clients. The past month they promised 3 x to call back - This did not happen as well.

They promise the world to deliver nothing. I would not have been so upset if they at-least kept their word regarding call back and visits, BUT THEY BROKE ALL THESE PROMISES
