Madikwena Game Reserve misleading with accommodati

We booked at Madikwena game reserve for long weekend. On our arrival no reception area. Bush camp not up to standard. No water, noisy next to irrigation field, viewing deck broken can't use at all, tents damaged, lounge area empty not as advertised, beds in tents past due to be replaced, bathroom facilities was not explained at all, toilet broken. Manager said will refund us in next two days. Still waiting. Can't trust their word. Manager advise us on arrival date that she did not inspect the camp before our arrival and that camp was use long ago. This is not acceptable! We wonder how on earth did Madikwena get good ratings from self catering association?..... Really a very bad experience!
