No delivery from madigan photography almost a year later

I'm so disappointed with the service I received, my wedding was the 11 August 2019 I paid for my package before time. Till date I have not received the disk of my photographs , the album and the video of my wedding Malcolm does not take my calls or answer my messages. I do not know what to do...
