company not trustworthy

This company is a ***** i app**** for their services to remove by debt review status They did debit order from the bank for the money about R5000.00its almost two years last year they consultant named Carmen called she said i have to pay another R1800 for another service in order to get the letter.Today they don`t answer my calls. January i sent a message John Madiefela called and said they are renovating their offices as soon as the office they will help. Even today have not received the certificate or update.
