Sick and tired of *********** people

This municipality is *********** to manage anything. I stay in meerhof and have no water for 3days running. Yet I still have to pay my 4k water bill every month still not sure how they get the number. Why can we not sell all the AudiQ7 that the municipality drives around in or the houses they have in Xanadu Estate to make up for all the arrears they have accumulated. Why can we as residents not pay Twane directly for our water then Madibeng officials cannot spend the money on ****. Tired of these ****s ****ing little towns that was extremely profitable at a stage.....
