No water at Letlhabile amidst Covid19 lockdown

Good day, Madibeng Local Municipality is falling to provide water for Letlhabile residence. As now we are facing the pandemic covid19 how are we expected to abide by the rules given by the State President if we don't have water. Can tanks be provided for areas like Letlhabile,Oukasie ,Damonsville And Mothutlhung. My parents are Pensioners and at higher risk of covid19, the water available when we all wakeup is not enough for s the three of us to bath when my mom finish to bath say by 5:30 the water is finished. It seems someone press an off button an on button back at night 22:00 and it's cold by then to bath as winter is slowly creeping in. This results in failure to bath and in risk of covid19
