Appaling Service Delivery

<p>The Brits town services and infrastructure is appaling.The residential areas such raasblaar street, all the street lights havent been working for more than 12 months and the potholes are very bad. After numerous complaints to the manicipality electrical and road works department no effort has been made to attend to the problem. The manicipality office employees attitude towards the complaints from the residents its also dreadful, no reference number is given to the complainant and lots of excuses are given e.g. the responsible person is attending workshop or we are busy wait (while on the phone for more than 30 min). This is indeed a spit in the face of the tax-payers and voters.</p> <p> </p> <p>An audit is required to investigate how the madibeng manicipality service delivery process</p>
