DAY LIGHT *******

I am disgusted at the fact there are still companies like Madiba Trading who *******ly solicit money from SA citizens. I had a debit of R 100 in April and because I was on the road I couldn't call my bank immediately. I then had the same transaction end of May and I then called my bank who after 3 days gave a Madiba Trading's contact number. I called and spoke to Kyla and tried in vain to get more information how they got my details. After an unsuccessful call I requested my details be removed on their system and demanded a refund. <br> <br> Another debit order went off again in June, which prompted me to call Kyla who advised me of the cancellation and I requested a refund for all three deductions. I have been unsuccessful in getting my refund since June and now in August and still have the same problem. <br> <br> All I need is my refund and as I never had any business dealing with this company. I demand my refund of <br> R 300 or please refer me to your branch in Johannesburg so that I can go to your offices.
