Rude staff and horrible experience

This place gave us a horrible experience. The ensuite we booked at for R1500 was in a gutting condition hence we decided for a room exchange even if it was a downgrade from the initial ensuite. We were given a room with two single beds and completely fine with that as it was in a better condition. Long story short, we were promised a live screening of the rugby match at the Buma Fire only to later realise that we were **** upon and then reported that we will be going out to watch a match close by. Upon our return the gates were locked and no security on sight. We hooted and even tried calling to no success that led us to drive around booking for yet another accomadation for the night .

We were not fami**** with the area so you can imagine how terriying the experience was not to mention costly. We got back in the morning to lay a complain and requested to see the manager and we were told the manager was attending a funeral and yet we were promised to get a refund between the 31st and 1st. Today is the 4th of November and everyone is just giving us the run around.

Landline calls are being ignored, No one wants to take accountability. The staff was extremely rude with the exception of the kitchen staff. Please see to it that our matter is attended to.

we will never set foot in this place ever again.
