Unprofessional

UNPROFESSIONAL! SUPER AGGRESSIVE! It all started when I got to meet the college principal. She was very nice at first and explained about the existing courses, immediately she was very insistent that I sign the contract which says I was really interested in the courses and the prices. I explained to her that I did not know how long I would stay in Johannesburg because I am not a civilian and I am temporarily here and there is a situation where things have changed. My plan was to do 5 short unrelated courses. I paid half of the total so I immediately started with the first course (facial treatment) and while I started studying for the second course which is basically online (dermatology) during which I made a decision with my fiancee to move from Johannesburg to Cape Town and informed the principal that I could not continue in the next courses. She called me screaming and demanded the money even if I was not in the courses. I've explained to her several times that I can't pay for the courses I paid half the amount and I want to finish the courses I actually paid and here to finish! And since I'm not there, I won't be able to attend any courses. Her speech was very dismissive and very unprofessional and even aggressive! The teacher sent me all the information by e-mail and I continued with the second course because I paid for it and each time I sent the homework. Every few weeks I would get an email asking me to send in the next courses and each time I had to explain that I did not live in Johannesburg and did not want to continue with the courses! A few days before the final exam the principal sent me an email that I must pay the total amount of the rest of the courses and the online test is canceled! The treatment and attitude is absolutely shocking! These days my lawyer is handling the matter!
