Trinchado Sauce totally not the same
Hi there, i recently purchased a jar of their famous Trinchado Sauce, very disappointed, i paid R60 for plus minus 400grm jar & it looks like soup, i remember the texture & aroma to be totally different to what it looks today, just thought i'd put it out there. Thanks

We are so sorry to hear that your trinchado sauce was not what you expected. We are extremely hands on owners and are passionate about providing excellent customer service. Should we have been approached directly, we would have ensured that we resolved your issue then and there.
The trinchado sauce that you remember was a recipe that was inherited from the previous owners. One of the main ingredients being pre-mixed BBQ sauce sold in bulk which gave the sauce it's thick texture and dark colour. This not authentic trinchado sauce. We decided to modify the recipe entirely and bring it back to its authentic roots which is the sauce that you purchased from us in June. We have been using our "new" recipe for quite some time now so I would believe that the last time you purchased trinchado sauce was when the previous owners were still here.
Once again, we apologize that your sauce was not what you expected.
