UNRELIABLE AND TOTALLY USELESS

I have never dealt with such an unreliable company in my life. They are very quick to take your cash when ordering online. Their promises of delivery are false. Their backup customer service is nonexistent. They do not reply to mails. I even took 2 trains to get to their showroom to talk to someones as their delivery did not arrive as promised. The web page stated they were open till 21H00. i got there at 19h00 to find them closed. Then left a message on their desk (once the cleaner let me in) begging them to reply to my many requests to which I still had no reply. If you wish to return any goods you have to wait for them to send you stickers to put onto the returns.....and of course they don't send the stickers! DO NOT USE MADE. DE!! You will be VERY disappointed.
