Worst service EVER!

Terrible service!! I used them before with some trouble, but this time 20x worse! Paid upfront 2 months ago and still no blinds, only empty promises and excuses. Phoned manager as well, made no difference. Wish I did not have to write this review, but need to warn future customers. Be warned. 22/5 Received response from owner 6 days ago. A single blind was installed (Thank you), but I am still waiting for the second blind. (Only ordered 2 blinds...) The blinds was measured end Feb and I made a full payment 13 March 2018 - 10 weeks ago!! What a disaster!! 31/5/18 Still no blind received. Went to store twice now AND still no service, ONLY empty promises!! Was there a week ago and Des would have installed the blind last week Friday. I don't know what to do anymore and Made2Measure doesn't care...
