No intention to help

We bought shutter doors from them. With the first delivery they did not deliver the top and bottom rails. At the second delivery they did deliver the rails and when we installed it, it was few centimeters to short, hence, the doors cannot close. After numerous calls, emails and photos to state our claims, they have no intention to replace the rails.
