Inferior floor product.

May 2021, we renovated the house. I requested various quotes for flooring at my home. We were looking for a quality product that will last. After many quotes we decided to go with CAMFLY SPC VINAL CLICK FLOORING - as this product has a 25year guarantee for household purposes. We paid R114 441.85 for the flooring at the house. In 2023/4 the floor lifted in the kitchen and was replaced. The reason given was the product is too thin, and it breaks on the click part. I had to pay the installation, which was under R1000, which I paid to make the floor safe (without falling and tripping) and pretty again. 2025 May - the floor of the whole house is lifting due to the product being inferior and to thin. I phoned Barnie, they came to look, and will replace the whole house BUT I need to pay for the installation for the whole house again. I am not willing to pay the installation cost for the house again for a product that was installed 4 years ago due to an inferior product. I have been trying to get hold of CAMFLY VINAL FLOORING but they referred me back to the installer. I will also be reporting CAMFLY SPC FINAL FLOORING.
