Terrible experience!

I cannot believe how someone can just take your money and not give your stuff. I feel so ******. She made excuses as to why I didn't get my full order and in the end I never got it. Im so upset and I feel so ******. She ruined my wedding experience because I had to beg for what I paid for and now she has ghosted me. People need to be very Cautious of this lady and not actually support her. If I could give her a 0 it would be more appropriate. Clearly I'm not the only one who feels this way.
