unprofessional shocking service

I asked them to come and quote for roller blinds and when given the order the delays started. There was a delay of three weeks before installation took place. Deposit was paid and still no urgency even after explaining that. After coming to measure twice the blinds arrived and they were incorrectly measured. After explaining where it must be measured and where controls must be they were incorrect. When indicating the problems no responsibility was taken and came up with stories. A after installation one fell off and when asked to come and fix it they were hesitant to come back and when eventually they did came without tools and labour and unable to do the job. Now walks away from the job not completing. This is the most unprofessional unreliable company around and would not recommend them for anyone to use ! Stay far away from this company !
