Poor online purchase service

Attempted an online purchase direct from shoe manufacturer but Google search engine diverted me to Made by artisan … ordered and paid for shoes, 3 weeks later still waiting for shoes. Phoned them but got unsatisfactory feedback and still no cer*****y of when shoes will be received… poor communication and service. Will not be dealing with them again !
