Poor service and very poor quality of work done

After accepting the quote, we arranged with the sales person for an installation date. The contractor arrived 6 hours later with only the screed product and no flooring. He then phoned the office after measuring the area to be covered and determined that the screed provided was not enough. He resigned after calling the M2M manager and arguing with her. The screed was laid and I informed the contractor that it was full of bumps. He then assured me that it will be smoothed out. After the vinyl strips were laid, the bumps were still clearly visible. The skirting was app**** using nails, and was clearly damaged with hammers. Some nails were coloured in with black marker pen, and some covered with a darker shade of silicone. I took photos and sent it to 'Michelle' who manages the store in Centurion. We booked an appointment with the owner, 'Banie' for the Monday. I was informed 10mins after the start time of our appointment that a contractor, 'Kobus' was visiting us instead. Kobus was clearly surprised at the quality of work and said I needn't show him any further proof. Banie postponed our second appointment and arrived an hour and a half late for our next one where he refused to fix
