Madds Rotting Wood house.
Madds built our house in July 24 in nelspruit. The balconies and stairs have completely rotted as the wood was not treated only painted. It is up on poles so a lot of balcony rails and stairs. All rotted and collapsed and a huge safety hazard. They had to come back and fix a falling ceiling. Have contact madds twice about the railing’s and they do not respond at all. I do NOT recommend them. Can see rotting balcony’s pics on Facebook comments that I have posted.

Madds Loghomes nightmare
I Strongly advise against dealing with Madds Loghomes and its owner Donald. He started building a Nutec home on my property for my mother-in-law in April of this year. It all went downhill after his truck driver rolled his unroadworthy truck(the park brake doesn't work) backwards into my garage causing extensive damage to the wall. After the incident Donald didn't want to accept responsibility and started ignoring our calls. The house was nearly completed a few days later but we then waited 7 weeks for the cupboards, kitchen wash basin(which he still owes us for) and finishing touches to be completed. If it wasn't for Law(the foreman) the project wouldn't have been completed and we would have been in the same boat as all the other unhappy customers on Facebook. He even posted the progress of the house on Facebook as if we are happy with his work... I believe he might also operate under other company names including his wife Petronella, since many people are unhappy with his work. We had to deal directly with the subcontractor(carpenter) in order to complete the cupboards that was initially already paid to Donald. I will be reporting him to the NHBRC where he is apparently registered. DO NOT MAKE USE OF HIS SERVICES.
