Why did I not get free credits when I was misled into thinking you provide these for new users before they can opt for a credit Purchase?

Secondly I did not purchase credits I provided my card number as was a prerequisite in order to gain access to the bids, even after this an error message popped up, did your server timeout after I provided my card Number?

Response from MadBid Upon checking, you purchased a R 1,084.59 credit package (1000 MadBid credits) on the 27th of June via you Mastercard. It was just not charged on your account as you were the one who chose a credit package and placed your card information upon check out.

Regarding your refund request, I see that part of the credits from the credit package has been used to place bids in the auctions you have joined. You may see your bidding history by going to https://za.madbid.com/my/history/bidding/ Having said this, you are no longer eligible for a refund as we only refund fully unused/unspent credit packages. Then all messages i sent after the above were rejected with the below

to this day, MadBid has blocked me, no refund, nothing!.... the fact that i do not even want to spend that remainder on their site means i was ****med the whole amount.
