Give what we pay for!

Looking forward to this show for years, but left disappointed! Firstly, the manager (hostess) was rude and unfriendly.. no smiles what so ever. NO welcome drink???? NO salad dressing???and overcharged on my bill, I only realised this morning!!! There is no complaints section on their website!
