Celebration business cards on car window.

I think you should tell whoever is putting the celebration business cards onto cars to please stop putting them on the side windows. I didn't notice the card because it was dark so when I put the window down the card went into the mechanism and jammed the electric motor burning it out. Quote from the mechanic comes in at R4860 for parts and labour. Any ideas what to do?
