Excellent Product & Customer Service

I spent years researching and trying to buy an Hermès Birkin, and had 0 luck. There are no Hermès stores in South Africa, so I traveled to Europe 4 times and attempted to purchase this luxury bag. I had been on a waiting list for almost 3 years when I was introduced to Madame Beastie (madamebeastie.com) by a friend who swears by them.

I finally have the bag I've spent most of my adulthood trying to get my hands on - and it is stunning!

I honestly could not be happier with my purchase and their customer service. The bag is in pristine condition with all the protective stickers still on it. You can tell that it has obviously not been worn before - I don't think it was even taken out of its packaging more than once or twice. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase an Hermès bag to get it from them. Their collection is thrilling and I cannot wait to buy the next bag on my wishlist from them!
