False Information and lack of Customer Service

<p>Accordign the T&C on the Company Website - once confirmation of payment is received the order will be dispatched almost immediately. The only pmt delay is a 14 day hold on cheques - nothing said about EFT and waiting for funds to clear.</p> <p> </p> <p>I made a EFT payment for the product & delivery on Friday 9 September 2016 morning before 10h00. They refused to ship until funds had cleared. This is a completly contradictory to what Priscilla had said to myself and husband prior to payment being made and is also contridictory to their T&C on their website.</p> <p> </p> <p>A followup call was made this morning (Monday 12 September 2016) whereby I was advised that the payment reflected Saturday already and was told that the product would be shipped today, however she cannot give me a time that the couriers will collect nor if I will actually receive my product today.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manner that this was handled makes me think that this Company is a **** - contact details for the other branches either do not exist or go through directly to Priscilla. She also refuses to give me the owners contact details or even which courier company they are using.</p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely HORRIFIC service and *****ulant Information and False Advertising!!!!</p>
