Bad Service

I have very never been so disappointed in my entire life. I booked way in advance for this special day to say goodbye to my Uncle on a Christmas day. I get to Madam and sir they know nothing about our booking. The table has not been set,we were placed at this outside table that was absolute *******. The table was not set, no Cutlery nothing and the explanation I got was infuriating,why did I book???Why did I get an email confirmation of my booking if this is the ******* I get. If dineplan is going to be run by *********** people please shut it down. I have never been so annoyed and disappointed in my entire life. I am a 9 months pregnant women who took a damn risk to go eat at Madam and Sir and this is what I get! I am so annoyed on top of that I can see that I am getting a lowsy explanation because I'm not a person of colour because believe you me I know this would have been handled differently, you guys are saying the number on your website which I used to call is not working, why the hell is it on your website? You telling me about service fee which I didn't mind paying for at all but really guys did you deserve it? Please can we exercise not taking disappointment from black people slightly I really saw that you guys were unbothered. You cannot do such I'm just going to put it there that African to African people deal together is the worst cause I will be labeled crazy for voicing myself. The service was ******* and it's sad cause I see all these bad reviews now. I would never ever consider you guys!
