Poor service-****mers

My namr is Ouma Modiba ,We booked and paid for accomodation with Madelein Breet from Mad travel, contact number ***, email ***, we paid an amount of R2300 for accomodation and R199 for membership fee on the 23rd March 2023, she has been giving us runarounds when we ask for invoice, we should be leaving on the 7 April however when we called the Lodge Sundown country estate she did not make a payment but she secured an accomodation for us. She is refusing us a refund but tells us stories she will sent invoice since the 25th March, today is the 04th April.

we want refund or she book for us.
