In 2022 we booked a holiday with Mad Travel under Madelein Breet. It was a family holiday for one week at Hazyview Cabanas and we paid 17000. Closer to the holiday we asked for the invoice of booking and she started with stories. We called to the resort and they said no booking was ever made under that name therefore we could not go for the holiday. When we ask her either she ignores and she always sends excuses. We asked for refund and all the time it’s excuses it’s now July 2023 but no refund and now she even ignores messages or calls. That business is a ****
