Bad experience Mad house boutique

I'd give 0 stars if possible, I placed aR1790 worth order in January and in beginning of April I still didn't receive it she blocked me occasionally and ignored all calls etc, eventually she said she'll refund me however I still have not received ANYTHING, Turns out she's done this to multiple other people so please be aware
