This company may be **********

This company may be **********.

They sell what may or may not, be OEM (original electronic manufacturer) Apple batteries.

OEMs are double the price of generics, and typically carry a one year warranty.

The "OEM" battery I bought from Macwarehouse failed within 10/11 months after just 267 cycles. It's usually takes an OEM 5-6 years+ to reach this point of failure.

Macwarehouse now claims their "OEM" batteries have a three month warranty, which is unheard of for an OEM. There is no warranty information on Macwarehouse's website, invoices, email or the product packaging itself. The packing is a piece of cardboard, in fact.

Their phone number is out of order. They refuse to phone and explain their position.

Emails are met with either no response, slow-response, or are not actually read at all. When Macwarehouse do respond to emails, they are casually dismissive. Their proposed solution? To keep re-buying their "OEM" batteries, until they fail after a few months. And then buy them again.

Buyer beware. Either the batteries are not actually OEM, which is *****, or they are faulty, and you will receive zero support or after-sales service.

Appalling customer service, have simply ignored my queries. And almost certainly not selling what they claim to be selling. Do not buy from this company.
