Very very very Disappointed. Treible Service

I'm seriously disappointed of the level of service I have received from Mac's Venue Hire. We confirmed booking for a function and 4 days later we get told that there was a double booking and the place is no longer available, due to one of the staff members been off sick. "SERIOUSLY" that is just plan out nonsense. I feel we should have been contacted first has we booked the venue first, but this is just very bad service as no one communicates with each other. Very very very Disappointed.
