Most unprofessional plumbers ever

Plumber arrives here at 14:10 on Sunday, arranged through Momentum Insurance, for a burst pipe underground. I show them the area of the problem and give them a faster and easier solution where they do not even have to dig in order to fix the issue. The guys then proceeds to go back to his bakkie where he sits with his colleague for another 10 minutes, then comes to tell me that they cannot do the work now and will be back first thing in the morning. (I accepted this, understanding that it is a Sunday afternoon and they might need fittings which they would only be able to get in the morning)

It is now 10:23 on Monday. No plumber has been here or made contact. The guy that was here yesterday is not answering his phone. The office landline number does not work. The cellphone number on their documents belongs to some poor unemployed lady in a township somewhere that has no idea why people keep calling her. The use of a Gmail address also screams unprofessionalism...

We have a 9-month old baby to take care of, but have no water to do so.

These guys are beyond useless and unprofessional!

I have reported them to Momentum and my broker and I sincerely hope that their contract will be cancelled.
