Who are the real ********* in SA?

I paid an old lapsed cell number account in full on the 30th November 2015, with a discount the company offered me. I emailed proof of payment to the company as well as telling the representative phoning me. Three months later, I am being threatened and handed over for ******** charges due to lack of payment. After numerous phone calls to the company, and many requests for a manager to phone me, I've had nothing but accusations and emails of demand. It's enough now! I am not the ********. I am a hard working, struggling SA citizen doing my best to keep things floating, and my honesty has backfired. No wonder we encourage so much crime and lawlessness with this kind of customer behaviour!!! I want my money back as a way of apology!!!! I won't stop at Macoberts either, as they represent possibly the worst cell company in Africa - Altech. The experience leaves MUCH to be desired!.I am a very disgruntled ex-customer.
