Waste of time

These people are assisting life care hospital to collect outstanding money what beats me is my account is paid up I send them as well as the hospital the proof of payment, until now they calling for payment??????

Surely you'll have time to waste of people who have paid up the account I feel you'll should leave your jobs as you'll have time to target people who have paid up the account and for the hospital wake up and get your accounts department up or get someone that can see in your bank account that the bill has been settled.
