Waiting on a refund - Matter nr: NS086645

I have no idea why companies can so easily deduct money from your account and the error was on their end, but when they need to issue you with a refund, it is such a long story. No one gives any feedback regarding the refund. It is just a back and forth from the one department to the next.

I literally have to send an email for the one department to instruct the next one, but no apology or anything from their end. It is just the same message that is being relayed, basically to shut me up for a while until i send another email and the same process continues.

My initial email regarding the refund was sent on 27 April 2021.

Up until today, I have not received anything from MacRobert Attorneys.
