VERY BAD COMMUNICATION

Unfortunately I got into financial trouble due to work I then got behind on my Medical account ad had to give it up there was a small amount outstanding and was handed over I with time have gone under sequestration more than 2 years ago with a matter of fact I have almost finished paying the lawyer I have received Numara's calls mails and sms's from Macrobert attorney asking for there money I have explained this many times I have mails the court proof as well as all documentation from the lawyer I am still getting calls from them each time a new person each time I have to explain myself from scratch each time I have to resend all documents pertaining I feel like there is no communication nor system update being done on there side.
