Unprofessional service

I settled my Absa loan account with MacRobert Attorney, dealing with Lebogang Radebe and she said they will send me paid up letter as soon as the payment is captured. It's been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for the letter and when I phone them she does not pick up my calls. NS03897
