UNPROFESSIONAL..ANNOYING..PATHETIC SERVICE

<p>They HARRAS you and threaten you despite the fact that you make payments..they stop your debit order WITHOUT your permission, then make it YOUR problem...the people that work for them are unprefessional, cant even conduct an intelligent conversation. They dont BOTHER to respond to your e-mails, but send threatening e-mails VERY quicly, without even BOTHERING to check the facts first! I am SICK and tired of the threats and the harrassing e-mails and sms's. I WONDER..am i being charged for these unnecesary e-mails and messages? Is this the **** they run to enrich themselves??How this sorry excuse for a Law firm is still allowed to practice, is BEYOND me.</p>
