Unprofessional and rude company

This must be the MOST unprofessional company in SA!! They are rude, threatening and most unprofessional. I only hope that Standard Bank, FNB and any other institution that uses them are aware that they do nothing but ruin their business name. This company needs to be closed down. They do not listen to what is being said and just talk over a person, they laugh at you if you ask to speak to a supervisor/manager. It is disgusting that people need to put up with this behaviour in today's bad economic climate. There website is a joke and shows professional people going about their business in a friendly and amicable manner - what *******, they are just plain rude, unprofessional and do nothing but threaten people.
