We’ve had multiple dealings with MacRobert Attorneys, and each experience has been deeply frustrating. This firm seems focused solely on harassing individuals for money on behalf of their clients—often without legal grounds for the claims.

When they send letters or messages, you can forget about getting any answers to basic questions over the phone. It takes months to get even the simplest information, like banking details or the exact outstanding amount.

Despite this lack of communication, they relentlessly send threatening emails and letters, leaving you completely in the dark. Attempts to call or email them go unanswered, further prolonging the situation.

It’s appalling that a professional firm operates this way, and I would strongly advise others to prepare for a battle of patience if you’re forced to deal with MacRobert Attorneys.
