Unprofessional Agents

They are very terrible at sorting out problems. Have a car loan with standard bank and they called to say I am in arrears. When i sent proof that payment was made and not reflecting on the VAF account they say it takes 7-10 business and 12 business day later I am told account is not arrears because they closed it up with this months payment taking double. Still awaiting for Octobers payment to reflect till this day still waiting. They are very terrible. Quick to phone but not to help
