I really find it hard why or for any reason why any debt collection agency or firm needs to try and proof a point when the times comes that a simple paid up letter needs be send to a client to say/state/indicate that a loan is now settle and on a zero balance.

Why does it takes days/weeks or months in some cases to issue or send such a letter. Simple I did pay over the settlement amount to your firm/company and now according to you we must wait for so and so company to confirm and allocate the funds and and and and.

Sorry but did you not act on behalf of ABSA and did ABSA not appoint you? So why wait from them? Make no sense.
