Tired of explaining one thing and being threatened

My stars on my account were respread and my account was pulled away from McRoberts I have even started paying the adjusted instalment but McRoberts will not stop calling me. I have sent sevel emails but all I get is a number of calls from impatient agents threatening me even though I keep explaining the same thing. Please do your investigations thoroughly , you have even given my details to another company yet my issue has been sorted
