STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM- BAD BUSINESS

I hope someone reads this review and it causes them NOT to use this firm ever. The lack of organization and mismanagement is scary. My account was wrongfully handed over by ABSA after funds i did pay was wrongly allocated to a wrong account. It thus looked like i didn't pay. Together with ABSA,I managed to find these funds and saw to it that it was rightfully allocated. I am currently working with them to remove this acc from the attorneys, but it seems this firm will go out of its way to harrass a person.

Charity is a spiteful, non cooperative agent and I have never worked with anyone as unwilling to do her job in my life. She called me last week and i told her that the balance she had was the wrong amount, she has to contact ABSA to get an update on the account. She refuses, instead phones me again on a SATURDAY morning. I tell her the same thing, she refuses to listen, causes me so much frustration that i completely lost it over the phone and tells me its my job to contact with ABSA. What good would that do? How am i going to update the account from my side on their systems. Also she informed me the account is with them now, but absa is still able to allocate funds and manage the account? Any reasonable collections agent would take such a claim made by a client and follow up with ABSA. ABSA is her client, she cant even be bothered to phone them and find out whats going on. No, in her view thats my job, and yes i am in contact with ABSA everyday, but i can only do so much. Charity has no sense of whats her job. She also told me that she will harrass me everyday. Which is so uneccesary since its not as if im a bad payer. There was a mistake on the account, one that has since been sort of sorted out she refuses to do her job and instead treats me like a li.ar and a chanc.er.

If anyone reading this thinks of using this firm, please don't If they do things this half ass.ssed, imagine how they can sc,,rew other people over.
