STANDARD BANK HANDING CASE OVER- NO PROPER DOCUMENATTION

You guys are absolutely ***********- I have said this before and will say it again, QUICK TO MAKE THREATS but not so quick to assist!!!!!!!!! where is PROPER documentation when a case gets handed over to you! *********** staff and ever worse when u call them. by all means I have no idea about law, but when you take on a case from a client, I'm pretty sure that your documentation needs to be in order, I also don't see that an SMS with a reference number is valid as proper documentation. After I have spoken to several people I'm still at square one.
