Standard Bank and Macroberts *******.

Due to COVID-19, my account was handed over to these ******* called Macroberts Attorney by Standard Bank. As time went on, Macroberts would deduct money from my account without my permission and secondly not on the date we had agreed upon. It has now come to my attention that Macrobert has taken more than he was supposed to and my account is settled however they still debit. I have now requested for statement since last week til to date I still have not recieved anything. The agent who was assisting and handled my account is Nelisile Madiya. She has made thousands of promises but no action. I have made numerous calls and sent emails, yet no one can give me my statement. This is *****
